About the clinic
A small clinic on Dr Rajkumar Road, run by the two dentists who own it.
DPS Dental Care sits on the first floor at Teresian College Circle in Siddhartha Nagar, Yaraganahalli, Mysuru. There is no rotating panel of visiting consultants here — you see Dr Pooja or Dr Hithysh, and you keep seeing the same one.
How we work
Five things we will not compromise on.
Quality we will not trade down on
The materials and the time a treatment needs are the last places we would save money. Crowns, implants and fillings are done with established materials and proven systems, and if a cheaper option would shorten the life of your treatment we will tell you that instead of quietly using it.
We quote before we treat
You get the plan and the price in writing after the examination. Nothing is added afterwards that you have not agreed to, and we will never start work you did not ask for.
We recommend the smallest thing that works
If a filling will do, we will not sell you a crown. If whitening gets you most of the way, we will say so before anyone mentions veneers.
Sterilisation you can ask about
Instruments are autoclaved, single-use items stay single-use, and if you want to see how we do it, ask — we would rather show you than be asked to prove it later.
Time, not a conveyor belt
Appointments are booked with enough room to answer your questions, not just to finish the procedure. It is why we run close to time, and why we would rather see fewer patients properly than move everyone through in a hurry.
